Although we didn't get a room with a view on the St Laurent River, the location is pretty convenient if you need to catch the ferry the next morning as we had to. The room is clean.
To get a room with a balcony on the river, we were asked to pay 60 dollars extra...The spa-tub didn't work.

The ac didn't work due to a gas leak which we were not told about. We where told that we could save five dollars by purchasing tickets for splashtown there and we spent way more. Our room was right next to the laundry room which we heard all the time. Wouldn't stay again.

The location is convenient to the beach and Portland.
There is no where nice to sit outside. I left my cell phone there and they were reluctant to mail it me. They said it was to be mailed Monday or Tuesday. It is Friday and I don't have it. I said I was willing to pay for it. It was an opportunity to get a repeat customer.

No real complaints. Like a lot of smaller hotels, they are challenged with upkeep.

It was conveniently located near where we were doing our black Fri shopoping. The manager of the motel left the room open for us to make ourselves comfortable due to him not being available because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Room was heated by a portable heater

Accommodating to off-hours arrival, very clean, warm. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.
